On Friday, the US Senate by unanimous consent proceeded to debate the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. They cannot move to vote on the nomination until they end the debate on the nomination, which requires a majority (because they changed the rules) or by unanimous consent (which all the democrats won’t allow, at least one will object).
That link doesn’t say anything about a majority vote to end debate. You’re just a liar.
