I believe because of the MANIPULATION of the GOVERNMENT of the UNITED STATES was being done, then a CLASS ACTION CIVIL SUIT could be initiated against the principles...
Any profits from media (book sales) that the OFFENDERS will receive because of their fraud should be forfeited...
I hope the FBI/Justice Dept will consider prosecuting this woman and her attorneys...
But equally guilty on those DEMOCRATIC Senators and STAFF involved in this fraud could be part of this CLASS ACTION SUIT...
One motive would be to PROFIT from FRAUD and LYING before THE US SENATE...
Hopefully, a lawsuit like this might DISSUADE FOLKS in the future of DEFRAUDING the American people and Congress as apparently was done last week...

Many, including senators, have stated our system has been harmed by these kinds of disingenuous and false allegations.
We should have a formal attempt to quantify the harm, so that it can be applied to a legal proceeding.
That our system has been harmed is well established.

Amen. I make the point here all the time and this time I’ll put it in caps: LAWSUITS ARE NOT MAGIC. The potential plaintiffs lack standing. The statements made to this public body are privileged and not actionable. Prosecution for perjury would be absolutely radioactive. Won’t happen in a million years. Give it up. Our time is much better spent figuring out which ten friends you’re going to be personally responsible for getting to vote next
