ive never taken tumeric, but I know more than one friend (who do not know each other) that swear by it for knee pain.
Yes it is powerful and for some that can take it—a fantastic supplement. Some of us however just don’t sync up with its powerful medicine sadly. I REALLY wanted to be able to get it’s benefits. But my reaction told me my body has its own particular mind. lol ;D
