I would guess that if Bromwich ever has to argue before the Supreme Court, he's not going to get a very warm welcome. Especially from Justice Kavanaugh.
I read that some of the partners did not want anything to do with this case. Must’ve been enough to force his resignation, but he’ll probably be rehired when the dust settles.
