Actually, the app for my bank and credit card,downloaded through the iOS App Store, works very well in my case. Mostly because it requires pretty strict login credentials.

It may work well for banking, but it also may well track where you go, what you do, and then report that info back to the bank who could sell it to buyers who are interested in what you do, where you go and how often.
That’s what everyone should assume when they install an app on their phone.
