I share your confusion. Some tweets think he is being sarcastic. I tend to agree with that given my knowledge of what he preaches. It doesn’t jibe with his philosophy.
I have watched him on youtube. He is a conservative Canadian lecturer. He makes a lot of sense on a lot of things especially the gender radicalisation Canada is facing from pretty boy Trudeau This does not seem like a statement he would make he likes explaining things too much!
