Yesterday we visited the Spandau Citadel. I went up Julius Tower (this is the opposite view of the prior picture). My daughter went up halfway but wanted to go back down. I told her she did the hard part, a narrow spiral stairway in the center that was somewhat difficult even for me. Told her the rest of the way up is a larger stair against the wall. But she looked up and saw the very last part was a narrow bridge going across and didn't want up there. I told her we will return in a few years with gear like ropes, pullies, spikes, those sorts of things, Sherpa, and took her back down, then went back up myself. pic 1, pic 2

Close-up Julius Tower. (not from ground level but up on the wall). Julius Tower is considered the oldest building in Berlin. (my wife told me)

There was a lot of average people doing cos play. Like this person who walked up from behind my daughter while I was going to take a picture.

My daughter had good fun shooting targets (pic 1, pic 2) and posing with a skull. Heavy Russian WW2 artillery.
