A group of faculty, students and alums at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill are nominating Christine Blasey Ford for a Distinguished Alumna Award after she testified before a Senate panel about her sexual assault allegations against then-Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Not a good move for UNC. Maybe many of her college boyfriends would like to nominate her for an award.

Ho said she plans to collect signatures on the letter this week and submit the nomination Oct. 14. Alums can be recommended for the award by the UNC Chapel Hill Faculty Council and are approved by the university’s Board of Trustees.
Does she remember going there?
Maybe they should wait and make sure she’s not in a federal pen for being part of a cabal that was trying to take down a sitting president. I think what she did was treason so she may go to GITMO.
I don’t know the answer to that but I would not be surprised.

She was so traumatized in 1982 at age 15 but she still managed to graduate from high school and get a college degree by the time she was 21 - all of that (and trauma too) in six years. Or did she only realize how traumatized she was in 2018 - which she “diagnosed” as PTSD?
Right. Her “trauma” did not prevent her from graduating from College and going on to get her advanced degrees.

Will be writing a letter to the UNC Board of Governors about this. They will pay me no mind since I am not a “big” donor (or a donor of any kind), but I have to be a voice of truth. One can hope that some big donors who are likewise outraged will do the same.
