Let's see... From July 3 until August 17 (my first weigh-in) I lost 26 pounds and from that date until September 28 (my second weigh-in) I lost another 23 pounds. Since I also lost 5 pounds when I started at 320 pounds on May 27 until July 3 when I started taking Crave Stop to stop my Carb cravings I lost a total of 54 pounds taking me down to 266 pounds as of Sept. 28.
I must be doing something right and Dunching has been working great for me. I don't do it every day but for the once or twice a week I do it, it works well. When I do it after having a buffet the previous day, I find it very effective in bringing my weight back into line.
My next weigh-in which I hope to broadcast live on YouTube will be on November 9 so let's see just how well my techniques are working.
