bay county isn’t sparsely populated, and hyper blue leon county will be back to normal by election day.

I don’t understand how people don’t see this as a cause for concern.

I did not think the west side of Bay county was not destroyed like Mexico Beach (Gulf county ?) .
The counties north of Bay are sparse .

It could have been Destin or Pensacola which major population centers .
I think Rick Scott located in Tallahassee will make this a priority.
He is in a tight race with old horse face .
