Such horrible coverage of the story...
I read a local news report: It wasn’t just a roasted pig head. It was TWO FULL cooked piggies wrapped up and put into checked bags.
There is video somewhere of the whole pig. YUM!

On my last trip to Honduras with my sister and BIL, we had a beach side pig roast at his half brother's cabin along the coast. The pig looked just like that one in the picture.......
There's nothing wrong with that pig that a knife and fork can't take care of.

I dearly love BBQ, but while in Spain ordered roast suckling pig at a place famous for the dish. I reconciled myself to the appearance of the dish, but it was not good. I made it through one drumstick sized ham and that was all I could do. Horrible greasy thing.

Xray at security in San Francisco wanted to know if we had a chicken in our baggage.
