When they do prostitution sting operations in the streets, they have to follow proper procedures to make an arrest. Such as, there has to be discussion of specific sex acts and money to be paid, in order for them to make an arrest. Does that happen in these cases?
I’ve seen the Chris Hansen programs where they arrested guys who thought they were meeting underage girls. But didn’t know if they have protocols such as I noted, where there is clear intent to commit the illegal act .
I don’t consider merely offering the ‘service’ to be entrapment. AFAIAC - these ‘men’ should be burned alive.
