Just WHERE are the whites supposed to go WITHOUT a VISA, when NO nations will let them in? Yes, yes, supposedly Russia has said that they'd take SOME, Australia said that they would take them and then REFUSED to do so, the UK won't take them, Holland HATES the Boers and has NEVER taken any, and no, the USA isn't going to take a visaless person either.
A lot of them come to Canada.

I doubt that 1% of the refugees displaced in the last few years have visas.
