Facts:

1. Nobody is gong to shoot unarmed civilians.
2. Catch and release is the default
3. The way the laws are written they have to be granted temporary asylum.
4. Catch and detain is the only answer available now because of the way the laws are written
5. In order to detain temporary shelter must be provided and a tent city is the only answer at this point.
6. Sucks but it's the only answer for now other than catch and release. Is that what you want?

Thank you for your explanation. Sound logic. We need to fire the folks on the welfare side of our government...get rid of them as they already are tainted... then hire good fresh workers...a lot of them....

And cut welfare for illegals to ZERO.

1. Set up a processing station. Make it clear that IF they want to do enter the country legally they need to line up and submit an application.

2. Make it clear that anyone that does NOT stop and submit to processing will be treated as a criminal and/or a hostile combatant.

3. Make it clear that non-lethal weapons will be used on those who try to storm the border....bean bags, rubber bullets, water cannons, tear gas. Spray indelible ink on all of them.

4. Within a mile or two of the entry point setup border patrols. Anyone that got past the non-lethal weapons and has ink markings is detained.

5. Those who submitted apps are taken to waiting buses and dumped 500 miles or more south of the border at different areas.
