Sold by the firms that would be hired to “harden” the U.S. infrastructure and perform expensive overkill in the process.

The idiots think the U.S. military has no plans or counter plans for this, even though we develpoed the technology before anyone else and unlike anyone else we have battle ground experience in its use, including how much it worked or helped and what suirvived in spite of it.
