I'm Neapolitan (black, white, and red), but I grew up under the 'one drop rule', so I willingly accept the black label.
My wife is white, so our kids are even more diluted. Since race has never been a thing in our house, I have no idea how they racially identify. I think they call themselves beige.
Cappucino. My daughter is anglo and hispanic. A couple of her teachers called her that.
Interesting thought, the government has long considered WASC/WASPs and Latins “caucasian”.
