Don’t know why she’d need one if they pay off her contract.
She can still claim that they did not have just cause for her being fired. She can claim that it will harm her from getting future work, etc. Who knows GE might just give her another $20 million to go away.
$20 million/year doesn’t go as far as it used to especially in Manhattan. That probably will not buy you a Park Ave penthouse.
