Amazon has too many scammers selling ‘open box’ products as new... then if you complain in a serious but dignified fashion - they cut the review by saying it has profanity in it...
All I wrote was that the selling was sending out returned products or ‘seconds’ and I could NOT get the review posted. Amazon needs to have a back up way of posting a complaint because if they don’t take control of the scam artists they’ll ruin the company.
One must be careful when buying a highly rated product there as they have been caught copying positive reviews from entirely different products to boost a poorly performing one.
I just went to visit one of my favorite personal reviews. Surprise! It was deleted. Of the 837(?) reviews that remained, almost all of them were positive reviews but of a vaguely similar product with only a few negative reviews for the actual product.
