From the article: With what happened early today, that horrible, horrible attack in Pittsburgh, I was saying, Maybe I should cancel both this and that. And then I said to myself,...We cant make these sick, demented, evil people important, Trump said.

Ha ha Media, Trump is still going to campaign, ha ha.
More fake news.
Media is the greatest source of division and hate in America.
I bet there isn’t one person in any of our 57 states who cares what Yahoo news prints.
Its like the time Obama said he had been to 57 states only more factual.
Hmmmm....thought they would hyperlink.
I don’t buy it. Sorry.
I lived that day. Front and center. No one here- NO ONE - forgets that the market was closed for a week. Also, the Yankees didn’t play the next day. He got that wrong too.
He also got the name of the guy who opened the NYSE wrong. Not the bond market. The stock market.
I swear sometimes he doesn’t think at all when he speaks.
The real problem is that lots of people encounter Yahoo, MSN, and other popular sites every day and they contain nothing but exaggerated anti trump news stories. You go there to read about a shark bite story and you get inundated with liberal propaganda.
I am the author of the post, which is the way things are usually done here.
The stock market was closed for 4 trading days, including 9-11 itself. To prevent a stock market meltdown, the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and the Nasdaq did not open for trading on Tuesday morning, September 11, 2001. When American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the North Tower of the World Trade Center at 8:46 a.m. and American Airlines Flight 175 hit the South Tower at 9:03 a.m., it was obvious that American was under attack.
Anticipating market chaos, panic selling and a disastrous loss of value in the wake of the attacks, the NYSE and the Nasdaq remained closed until September 17, the longest shutdown since 1933. Moreover, many trading, brokerage, and other financial firms had offices in the World Trade Center and were unable to function in the wake of the tragic loss of life and collapse of both towers.
How could someone forget that?
I lived through it too, though not in NYC. I'll bet if you walked down 5th avenue and asked 100 people how long the NYSE exchange was closed after 9/11 most people wouldn't have a clue. <>p> Were YOU aware of the story of Cantor Fitzgerald and the bond market?
How is it fake news. Trump said it opened the next day. It didn’t It remained closed until 9-17.
I swear sometimes he doesnt think at all when he speaks.
...................................
I suppose he has more on and in his mind than you.
OH, my! This is HUGH! HUGH, I tell you. This will bring him down. Really! I am cereal, and I am not kitten!
So the little things, and these are real little things from 17 years ago, are what are most important to you? How many days the stock market closed really doesn’t mean a whole lot to me. The makeup of the courts, the status of the economy, and whether I am taxed out of existence are a lot more important to me.
Bond people who know Lutnick were sorry he wasnt in the office at the time.
Yeah, but look at all the folks saying the report is fake news. Trump could claim there are no casinos in Vegas, the media would point out that’s not correct and certain Trump supporters would claim it was fake news.
Put some ice on that.
