Middle Easterners are part of the "middle east of...ASIA!

Syria, Lebanon and Jordan are part of Near East Asia. China, Japan Korea are part ofFar East Asia And Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan are part of the Middle East Asia.

It is one thing for an American with a high school education to confuse these terms but for an journalist one assumes they had a class or two in world geology.

I learned these terms in junior high, before leftwing pols made history class into "social studies" and let the rot begin in dumbing down the American student.
