I’m wondering if the Medicare for all plan is 80% like Medicare is now, or will everyone need Medi gap insurance?
Guessing it would be 100% Medicare.

It is 100%, but that doesn’t cover everything you will need. My husband chose to replace a tooth that had needed to come out (this was 30 ears ago). He did replace the tooth, the empty spot was apparent when he smiled, but he had to pay 50 pounds for it, which back then was around $75. No free replacement for a gap in your teeth, which here would have been done so as to not mess up the alignment of your teeth and bite.

What I’m saying is, there is 100% coverage in healthcare, but only they determine what you will get. And when you are elderly and no longer contributing to the state by working, your level of care goes down. And if you need to be in a nursing home toward the end of your life, that is not covered......and costs 1 1/2 times a nursing home here.
