I never understood why a woman who claims to be a lesbian is attracted to women who look/dress/act like a man.

I think, rather than being exclusively lesbian, there are a lot of women who are bisexual (I've known a few, including my girlfriend in college).

I don’t know what kind of proof would suffice that couldn’t be faked for a while. Probably too late to expect a hymen to be intact.
He should just adopt a student or young adult male and declare that person to be his heir. Leave daughter-girl alone. Two stubborn people engaged in a power struggle doesn’t usually produce much change. Or, she should just move out on her own like most adults do.
Me. I have no desire to have children; so, all other things being equal, I’d just as soon be a billionaire.

At 77, he could have another child . . . or ten. Leave his money in trust to the first one to have a grandchild who DNA tests as his grandchild?

Chinese men look like women until they get into their 40’s or so. :)
I knew a couple who had young adult twin children, a boy and a girl, who were about to graduate college when both were killed in an accident with a drunk driver. So though they were almost beyond that, they had another child, a boy.
Fortunately, they were well-to-do enough to afford help to raise him well, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
I mention this because, with this amount of money, even at the age of 70, he can likely produce a stable of surrogate offspring, shepherded by a large, well paid staff, each of the successful ones getting an equal share of his estate, perhaps with a share going to his natural daughter, just not the entire amount.
They make a good pair, then, since he would turn any red-blooded conservative woman right the heck off.
Spare the rod, spoil the child.
