How do they determine who WON in California
After a statewide election, each of the 58 counties is required by law to SEND their certified election results to the Secretary of State UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER Election Day. The Secretary of State then has up to 7 DAYS to compile the complete Statement of Vote (SOV), which contains official results from each county. The Secretary of State has until 158 DAYS after Election Day to compile a Supplement to the Statement of Vote (SSOV), which contains more detailed election information from each county. So, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO "MAIL IN" BALLOTS? And, what happens to the mail in ballots that have NOT been signed?
If the ballot has not been signed it is not a valid ballot.
CA is lost, may as well let it secede and establish itself as its own country at this point...Give corporations 24 months to relocate or live with the consequences.
We just moved from a California House district where we have had the choice between two DEM candidates (and no GOP candidate) for the past three elections. Does it really matter who won?
Two months before the election they declare the liberals the winners. Saves time.

in some cases it’s a dem running against a dem. So, it;’s case of which dem won.
this link explains the ‘certification’ better than I can. Mostly, what you see election night is, first - mail-ins that arrive before election day. Second, early returns from districts (during the day the county election office collects ballot boxes from polling locations; these are tallied as they come in). Mail-in ballots that are taken to polling places on election day are counted the next day. Certification is making sure the number of votes equals the number of ballots issued, etc etc, see the link:

It’s really quite simple. By default, the letter “D” comes before the letter “R” in the alphabet. California Republicans fall for it every time.....
(Sadly, my prediction is that the results of their voting there are sure to stink.)
why does this look like an attempt to suppress the vote?
2 Nov: UK Express: Midterm elections 2018 SHOCK: 81.5m voter records ON SALE on Dark Web
THE fairness of the upcoming midterm elections and the trust people hold in democracy are in danger as 21 US states voter databases are on sale on the dark web, a shocking report from cybersecurity expert Carbon Black has claimed.
By Alice Scarsi
Several of these databases are located in crucial swing states, including Nevada and Florida...
Those responsible for the leak, according to Carbon Black, have enlisted online records of a total of 81,534,624 voters, including their IDs, names, addresses, phone number and citizenship status...
Tom Kellerman, Carbon Blacks chief cybersecurity officer said the cyber attackers are not just committing simple burglary or even home invasion, theyre arsonists....
The rising possibility of a cyber attack is also lowering the trust US voters have in government institutions and democracy, with many confessing they are reconsidering heading to the polling station on Tuesday November 6, Carbon Black said.
As many as one out of four people surveyed by the researcher said they may stay home on midterm election day...

We need volunteers to war ICE hats and monitor the polling places Nov 6. This would disrupt the voter fraud by the Dems and illegals.
(That might make them nervous, and maybe they'll slink away from the voting booth.)
California’s candidate/party registration regulations and election result need a serious look at because they in effect are what the Nazi’s used in Germany during Hitler’s time to reduce political opposition. It’s the reason California winds up with two one party (democrat) candidate for a state or federal public office at a general election.
I think a person has up to 8 days to sign their unsigned ballot. The point of my post was that on election day they count the polling ballots first and mail in ballots may take up to 30 days to count, process and certify all ballots.
That’s an easy one .
Jerry Brown,Nancy Pelosi and Diane Feinstein decade who the winners are.
