Did anyone listen to the Special interview by Dan Bongino of George Papadopoulos(commercial free)?
This is not his normal morning podcast but is in addition to.
Wow! George makes it very very clear that he was setup and goes into more detail than I have heard before.

The number of laws broken are numerous including lying to the courts. It is not unreasonable to call it treason when individuals try to overthrow the duly elected President of the United States.
Thanks. I enjoy Bongino’s show because he’s gets to the point, repeats it couple of times so listener gets it. I’ll await Monday’s show when he tells the story without interruption.
Frankly, there's a part of the context missing in my view. Why this man? What did GP not tell us? Why not? Why an energy expert who operates in ME?
There were many volunteers on Trump's campaign. Why did five eyes target him? Who on the Right also shared that beat? Israel, oil, Greece? What was the interest of Russia or Australia, even guessing Mossad was well aware and maybe Saudi and Iran.
IOW, I see a bigger story than defeating Trump. What could it be? Did they want to compromise this fellow and insert him as their agent? Why oil and gas? Will follow as Dan develops the picture for us.
Don’t get me wrong; Dan amuses me generally. I didn’t expect to be amused. I’ve listened to it now. These fascist bastards.

One America News (ONA) interviewed his wife. It showed a lot of fake news and collusion between DOJ and news media!
Trump was a neophyte in electoral politics. He was an outsider running for elective office and picked the Presidency for his first venture. He was winging it and he had no real bureaucratic base that established politicians had. The MSM kept on hectoring him about who was advising him on foreign policy and military matters. He really had no one except those he watched on TV. So he felt compelled to name some advisors and depended on an inexperienced campaign staff to recruit some names.
The GOP foreign policy establishment wanted no part of Trump in March concluding that he has no shot at winning the Presidency. Why sully your reputation by being associated with an amateur and a loser. The result was mostly some young, unknown types like Page and Papadopoulos. I wonder who gave him the names and why.
Page already had a prior association with the FBI. And Papadopoulos was some low level foreign policy functionary. They were easy marks for the Intel community and foreign intelligence services who could appeal to their ego and inexperience in order to use and manipulate them. I still have problems with Page who initially expressed no anger about being surveilled saying it was not about him. He hired no lawyer. He played the affable fool, which did not jibe with his USNA and Naval Intelligence Officer background along with being a businessman in Russia. Could he have been a covert CIA asset embedded in the private sector? Did he knowingly play along with being monitored and help vector in on targets? I don't know, but Page became the perfect subject for a FISA warrant.
I don't think we will ever learn the extent and depth of this conspiracy. There were many more players than just a handful of top level people. It had to involve hundreds or more to carry out this plot to take down the President.
Bongino said on one of his podcasts that he met Carter Page at Politicon and had a good discussion with him but for some reason did not go into details other than saying..... There is NO WAY Page was a spy.
No way Page was a spy for Russia or foreign entity. The question is whether he was an operative for the US intel community.
Btt......very informative and clarifying. Dan is well qualified for asking the right questions unlike many hosts on cable, plus he knows how spies work.
It doesn’t seem to matter at all what heinous crimes anyone under the protection of the oligarchy commits. None of our outrage or hair pulling or even on air cogent arguments against the full ignorance of these serious allegations does ANYTHING.
Yet the protected writers and pols are salivating at taking the House and impeaching Trump for Russian collusion with zero evidence, as well as tax fraud and a million other made up crimes they accuse him of.
I wish the Gullibles in this country, busy people who vote left because they think they are supposed to in order to be good people, would realize how they are being used.
You’re right, but do notice that the Bongo backed off as the interview went on and let Poppadizzle tell his story more freely, so I hope he learns from that.
I do appreciate that Dan ran some of his theories by Popadopolis, which truly seemed to intrigue and enlighten him.
Overall, amazing interview.
