Have you considered using
Protonmail.com ? It's a site based in Switzerland and has the ability to send/use highly encrypted email. I have an account there and I like it and best of all you can get one free account or pay a reasonable premium and get I believe up to fifty accounts for business or personal use with additional features should you buy a business model set up. But the free account has some good features itself.

Apparently not completely as of yet. On my Android Note 8 I was able to get the site to load once and since then it freezes up on the home page and it only partially loads. I still get the 523 error page when trying to access the site via my laptop. But they seem to be making progress.
