Thank you for posting the video. Hilarious. Speaks volumes. The teacher is 64 years old. I agree with above posters - increase AND add charges to child abuse make this a felony child abuse, assault & battery, assault with injury. Is there a higher charge for chasing him around the room? ADD that, too. And add charges of child abuse for every single CHILD in that classroom, girls screaming, kids trying to escape the out of control VIOLENT adult paid state employee.
And the child did not throw the basketball, he bounced it.
