In the video the image is clearly from an infrared camera, with a temperature scale on the right side showing the correlation between the false colors and temperature. The underlying abstract paper does mention UV reflectance as an advantage of the coating not breaking down after prolonged exposure to sunlight.
But the captioned image is NOT of ultraviolet light. It is of near infrared.
It’s racist paint.
