I bet Lakeisha manufactured the Provisional Ballots found in the box. She didn’t have to look in the box after she had manufactured and placed the ballots in the box.
I THINK provisionals had to be cleared up by 5 today be the individuals who forgot driver’s license or other problems. Hopefully these won’t be counted.
