Based on that I would go to Costa Rica. Still good value, relatively safe, lots of beaches. Thing is you have to show that you have 75k in liquidity before being accepted as a citizen.
For gun ownership, I would most certainly move to Thailand. They are much freer than Americans are, as far as gun ownership is concerned.
