Sounds like they have lost all pretense of humanizing their message to the outside world. Either that, or they can’t trust the message to be delivered by human translators.
Mind control at its finest.
Or perhaps China is disheartened by the failure of all the propaganda TV cable stations who put a happy face on
China’s industry and government.
They can post a robot messenger, but the deceit cannot be faked.
