Like their mother/father????? That’s funny!
I teach them how to overcome their fears. They must face them, sometimes over and over and over again, until they no longer complain or mention the anxiety. It's still a work in progress. I fear the day when they have to force their children to overcome such fear.
I do concede. I don't want an unstable, anxious or otherwise uncomfortable pilot flying my plane. I'll take a bored ex-fighter jockey in the cockpit any day. Excitement, gawd forbid, merely peaks their interests.
