Let me also add this is not because I am anti Trump, I believe he wants to get this done but he has no help from congress or the courts to be able to fix this by himself. How frustrating it must be for him. It is not his fault, but he will get the blame.
I would say time is overdue for the lame-duck (R)s to get it done BEFORE the new Congress takes their seats in January.
