He appeared in an 80’s reunion show at the L.A. Forum a couple of years ago.
I need to know what his workout routine is. The guy has a helluva six-pack, and he’s got a few years on me.
I saw him a few years ago at the VA Beach R&R half marathon (performing at post-run concert). He looked and sounded terrific for an old guy. It was a great show! The audience was lots of happy, middle-age runners, remembering their glory days in the 80s and their kids who had no idea who this guy was.
