I started at 320 pounds on May 27. By my last weigh in on Nov. 9, I dropped 74 lbs to 246. I am hoping I can drop 26 more pounds by next month for a total drop of 100 lbs since May. Hopefully my increased exercise schedule will help me reach that goal.
What is your daily calorie count when dieting? You sure lost a lot of weight!!! I eat a lot of Atkins meals, bars, and shakes but I really calorie count instead of carb count. I try to stay below 1750 calories per day.
