My Thanksgiving turkey is a little over 15 lbs. I will be smoking it on my Weber kettle grill. No more oven cooked turkeys for us. Smoked turkey is the way to go!

Try trash can turkey. It gives smoked a run for its money. Look it up online.

I have been smoking the Thanksgiving turkey for over twenty years. Usually smoke the breast and can the dark meat and broth.
