FULL TITLE: Brian Kemp is declared winner of Georgia governor's race as Trump takes credit for his win over Stacey Abrams saying HE beat Obama, Oprah and Michelle in the contest
Republican Brian Kemp has officially won the Georgia Governor's race, denying Democrat Stacey Abrams the chance to become the first female black governor in the nation.
The Associated Press called the race for Kemp on Sunday afternoon as the state officially certified its results from the Nov. 6 election.
Abrams on Sunday conceded Kemp was the legal winner but refused to call him the legitimate winner.

The bigger story is that GA and FL were mini-versions of Battleground Texas. The Dems needed to flip both states blue so they can control the Electoral College in 2020. That’s why you had the bitterness and recounts from the Dems in these states.
Trump should take credit. The gop is just into giving away winnable elections. Can Bachman win a senate seat in Minnesota? What about that happy pillow fella?

The article is trying to imply that Trump is claiming something he doesn’t have a right to claim, but the fact is that Trump was the difference in these close elections.

Let’s hope she whines and protests her election loss for the next couple years. Between her and Alexandria Occasionally-Coherent, there’s enough material for the RNC to use through the entire 2020 election cycle.

How was this race even this close?? I understand demographic changes but even Trump won handily 2 years ago.
Yep - and I love the way he worded it - he doesn’t claim to have beaten the fat, ugly, noisy lady, he says he beat the liberal bast(ards)ions that stumped for her....
