I’m good with this. I’ve worked at enough places were the smokers sense of entitlement leads to constant smoke breaks while other employees cover the ass of the addicts.

Well, take up smoking...it’s never too late.
I’ve worked with both smokers and non. The nons stand outside of their coworkers cubes and chit chat- then they go back to their desks and take and make personal phone calls. One coworker, a non smoker comes in at 8 her starting time, goes to the kitchen makes her her special coffee then slices up her veggies and fruits then makes her oatmeal in microwave then puts it all on a tray takes her desk and eats her breakfast and surfs the internet until 9 or so before she finally gets to work. Smokers take 2 -3 15min breaks and come back and work. That is what I have noticed working at my job for 30 years.
