If Ivanka is not a federal appointee, civil servant, and holds no federal post why is she required to use a federal email system? I realize she is part of the presidential family, however, she is not sworn and has no official capacity. To try to equate her failure to use a mandated system to Hillary’s deliberate malfeasance is preposterous.
