From the answers I’ve received to the MANY questions of what the POTUS or congress or the AG can do about this situation, it seems that it really boils down to the locals to act BEFORE the fact.
The others can only step in afterwards if fraud is expected.

California also voted a gas tax.....IDIOTS
And the sad part is they are proud of it they take any bait the democrats throw at them.
They voted the gas tax, and every bond measure.
Every election they have consistently voted for every tax. Last election they voted for a homeless tax, increased sales tax....
AND...AND...AND.. they keep voting to let criminals out of jail!!!

Yes they are losing many middle class people, being replaced with illegals. If the illegals are counted in the census, then they may not lose House seats.
Any state, city and county that goes blue eventually turns red as in the red when Democrats have control of the money!
The republicans did not fight back against the voter fraud!
The only way to turn it red again is to deny all welfare benefits to foreign invaders and deport their asses.

The gas tax repeal was deceptively worded on the ballot, and I paraphrase The reject increased revenue toward building more roads and infrastructure measure. The ignorant bought it.
I agree about the wording & the “NO” people had huge funding.
