It’s hard for some people to accept how easy and cheap it would be to attack us with EMP. ISIS, with a stolen or bought nuke and a scud on a freighter in the Gulf of Mexico does the trick.
I am fully aware of much cheaper and easier methods for accomplishing mass destruction of infrastructure, however these postulated EMP scenarios do not fall into the credible category.
