They make lots of things - which is good for labels? (I ‘re-purpose’ jars for lots of things, and this sounds useful).

We start Chanukah tomorrow night and the family wants latkes already! So I’ll be making them tomorrow and serving with lots of applesauce.
Latkes are one of my favorite things - but I like them with sour cream ;-)

Yorkshire pudding! I have an authentic Yorkshire pudding pan bought in Selfridges of London several years ago (for individual puddings). Nothing more savory or delicious than that damn pancake recipe with several drops of smoking beef drippings to make it puff up into ultimate bliss.
