FULL TITLE: Trump will send his Air Force One plane to Texas after 'all of the seats' are taken out to bring former President George H.W. Bush's remains to Washington where he will lie in state before dramatic funeral and burial in Texas
The remains of former President George Herbert Walker Bush will return to Washington in the most dramatic and distinguished fashion possible, occupying the plane that normally serves as Air Force One.
President Donald Trump told reporters of the plan aboard the aircraft as they returned from the G20 summit in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
'So what we’re doing with the plane – we land, and then they come in, and these are great people that run these aircraft. They are unbelievable,' he said.
'And they’re taking apart – I don’t think this section. The section up front, They’re taking all of the seats out. ... We’re sending the plane, this plane, to Houston. And it picks up the casket.'
Earlier on Saturday, Trump said during a photo-op with Chinese President Xi Jinping that the final flight to Washington 'is a special tribute that he deserves very much. And it's my honor. And again, he'll be missed. He'll be greatly missed. He was a terrific person and terrific man.'
The aircraft won't use the callsign 'Air Force One' on Sunday since the current president won't be on board. The U.S. Air Force will choose another moniker for the flight.
Trump's assigned aircraft, a modified Boeing 747, isn't the same one that was in service while George H.W. Bush was president. Bush used the same customized 707 that had functioned as Air Force Once since Richard Nixon was president.

I know this mode of speech receives a lot of mocking in the media, but President Trump always remembers to praise the people behind the scenes. I like that.
I think it is standard operating procedure to send Air Force One to carry the remains of former presidents.
Liberals don’t notice because they don’t care about the little people.

He will be buried at the Bush Library in College Station, TX, connected with Texas A&M - that’s also where Barbara was buried.
Commie local media here(ABC 7) of course had to find a way to bash President Trump when talking about President George HW Bush..talking about how Trump “Attacked” Bush, Uh, NO, he said thing about Jeb Bush and George W Bush, I dont believe he ever said a bad word about HW Bush..funny how the commie media, who have been calling the Bush family monsters for years all of a sudden adore them because they hate Trump..I guess in this day and age, being a Trump hater gets you #1 respect from the media. President Trump is a class act !!
This puts Jeb and W in a bad light if they turn around and tell him to not show up for the funeral.

Not poor writing. Utter stupidity by David Martowsko and Megan Sheets. For the Daily Mail’s US Political editor to not even know the US presidential sequence for the modern era is gross incompetence.
And if an editor in the UK screwed up the story, Martowsko owes them a punch in the nose.

Let’s face it - EVERYONE associated with that getting into print should be immediately fired.
Twice the reporter calls this “dramatic”. How is it dramatic? Will there be terrorists? Will there be protestors? Are they expecting bad blood to spill over between Trump and the Bush family? A former president dies and is flown to DC to lie in state then returns to Texas to be buried. I’m not seeing the drama here.
