It’s pretty amazing that the nation elected Bill Clinton over Bush. I blame Perot. In many ways, Perot was a good guy. But he really dropped the ball in 1992.

Perot, and an uncontested MSM that was in love with the Clintons and set out to paint President Bush as out-of-touch, aloof, a patrician who didn't give a damn about the American people, and, most outrageous, as a wimp. A certified war hero but he was a wimp compared to the dope-smoking draft-dodging horny hick from Hope. As for what Perot's personal animus was with George Bush, I dont know.

Churchill lost the election for PM in Britain literally months after leading the effort to beat Hitler and establishing himself as arguably the greatest leader of the 20th Century. Voters don’t care about history. They care about getting stuff.
