Look for a vintage gas range in a vintage travel trailer. They are usually small, three burner, small oven, with NO electronics. Many were hardly used by the trailer owners

One caveat, though. Due to age, a leak is a possibility. In our old house we had a great range with two ovens (they were popularin the '70s) called a Debutante. It worked great but developed a gas leak. I might have lost family members if it weren't for the CO detector that my wife wanted and that Rush Limbaugh used to recommend (Kidde).

It does not have to be vintage. We bought a 2018 camper with a all manual 3 burner stove with oven.
