Tucker Carlson says Trump is ‘not capable’ and hasn’t kept his promises

Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson set straight any misinformation concerning his views on President Trump: “I don’t think he’s capable,” he said during an interview on Tuesday.

Urs Gehriger, an editor at “Die Weltwoche,” the country’s leading German-language opinion weekly, noted that Carlson’s new book, “Ship of Fools,” is silent on Trump but comments on his critics. And so, Gehriger jump-started the conversation by asking what Carlson thought of Trump’s first two years in office.

Carlson said he cannot stand Trump’s self-aggrandizement and boasting. Then, when asked whether Trump has kept his promises, the usually quick-witted and long-winded Carlson had just one word: “No.”

Sure he got stuff through...LBJ was as BAD as any Mafia boss; he threatened people with all kinds of things just short of death and they knew he meant it.

Add on to that, he had a DEM Congress and the assassination of JFK, which he milked to death, and a bunch GOPers to help him.

And never forget that Trump IS an "outsider", who has NOBODY to rely on, but still has managed to get a LOT more done! Neither are his TWEETS and manner of speaking even remotely as HORRIBLE as most of his predecessors!

Those pearl clutures, here and off, are uneducated, RINO snowflakes, who aren't even remotely smart enough to understand just how damned ridiculous they actually are! Nor are THEY all that mannerly/civil, when they post here; they're just hypocrite!

Sometimes more is needed. We’ve had weak, mealy-mouthed Republican leadership for far too long.

Tucker Swanson McNear Carlson, famous Episcopalian who worked for many years at CNN, then many more years at MSNBC, is a phony baloney CONservative.

Self-promoting boxer Cassius Clay/Muhammed Ali used to say that it is only bragging if you can't back it up (and he went on to back it up again and again and again).   Another strong self-promoter is Rush Limbaugh, who only hosts the most popular radio talk show in America.

No president can do everything they want to do, but not one of them in my lifetime has been as successful as Trump has, in the short time he has been in office so far.   As one example, any American who has not noticed the huge increase in available jobs and help-wanted signs and ads since Trump took office, is either dead, blind, or stupid, or they don't get out much.

Also, for those of you who have missed it, or forgotten it, please read this recent enlightening article:

The drop in pages in Trump’s first year is reminiscent of Reagan’s first year. Started shooting up in GHWB’s administration and hasn’t looked back since Trump.

The dumb Tucker said “I mean let me just be clear. I’m not against an aristocratic system. I’m not against a ruling class....I’m arguing against populism.....”

OMG. I hate this little dweeb now.

A republic is the END OF KINGS AND NOBLES....not a continuation under other names.

The US was designed to be different. Designed to not make the same dip sh!t mistakes as every other nation has by letting inbred morons and useless eaters take over.

As good republicans, we need to break out the Phrygian caps, throw up the barricades and hang, bayonet, or guillotine these new oligarchs and sell their families into forced labor in the defense industries.

Well, other than the forced labor thing....Trump is already on it.

I wonder if Tucker has caved to intimidation after Antifa, etc. targeted his house and frightened his wife.

Just glad that I have spared myself the torment by watching very little of Fox. I turned against them when they stopped covering President Trump’s rallies.
Moreover, they can’t go five minutes without harping on the Witch Hunt.

My blood pressure likely thanks me for my discretion.

No; it’s Congress that did not act. You want Trump to impose things by executive fiat?

Pearl clutchers or not , all Carlson was saying is that trump isn’t capable in his opinion of getting what he wants thru Congress. That appears to be the case, right? Almost all of his accomplishments are executive actions, which can be reversed later.

Trump is not a politician and doesn’t speak like one. He is a street fighter who isn’t afraid to get down in the mud and the blood and the beer. No other Rep could have defeated Hillary. In part, Trump’s success can be attributed to his “behavior.” He was rich, famous, and powerful before he ever entered politics, which is show business for ugly people.

Trump has achieved a lot despite having to fight the MSM, Dems, #NeverTrumpers, and the Deep State. Against all odds, he has kept most of his promises in the past 22 months. Out of TPP, the Iran Deal, and the Paris Climate Treaty. Tax reform, elimination of regulations, enforcement of our immigration laws, the replacement of NAFTA, etc. I could care less what he tweets about Stormy. I am more concerned about the attempted coup of a sitting President and the weaponization of the Intel community against the Trump campaign and transition teams.

What Trump has endured the past two years with the Russian hoax would take down a lesser man. He needs all the support he can get. I hope Tucker places this story in context. Obamacare would have been eliminated if McCain had not turned traitor with his thumbs down vote. The courts have hampered Trump’s immigration efforts. And a 51-49 Senate is not conducive to getting things done.

He should be more like George W., huh?

F’ing idiot. That “mouth” has done more for us than the d*ckless soyboys that never got us any damn thing.

“It shouldn’t be too much to ask POTUS to not call washed up porn chicks “horseface” on Twitter.”

Spend you righteousness on lecturing the people that call him worse.

When they start paying attention to you, then maybe he will take your advice.

We still don’t know all of what the new NAFTA will look like. One of the main points of it was to make Mexico prevent illegals and caravans coming into the US. I’ve seen nothing on that from Trump. All I hear is a declared victory without the actual text. There is far too much trust of .gov out there. Also, once Trump got the tax cut thru, the GOP doesn’t need him much anymore. That’s all they cared about and united the GOP. Not immigration enforcement, not reducing the budget, etc. Only the tax cut.

Tucker is one of THE least capable talk show hosts on FNC...EVER! His show stinks, he doesn't know how to controll any situation, his faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar lefty NOBODY guests, all steamroll him, and then, at the end of it all, he kisses their collective arses! He's a disgusting, INCOMPETENT little moron and the LAST person on earth to claim that Trump is "not capable"!

So not just no, but HELL NO, that is NOT the case at all! Trump HAS managed, the almost completely IMPOSSIBLE task of getting some things through the House, but the Senate killed or just ignored everything that the House sent their way.

ObamaCare?

That non-"HERO" arse, got out of his death bed to to make certain that killing ObanaCare never came to pass. One man, one little, disgusting POS did that! And no, there was nothing that Trump could have done to stop McQueeg the vengeful crook.
