Good list, thanks!

I have found no good reason to trust google, and alternatives always seem just fine.

For example, I have had good luck w duckduckgo, and it's typically my go to search engine.

Opera uses the Chromium and soon will Edge. No doubt many other web UIs do too. And ironically, the browser is the most benign piece of the privacy puzzle.

I understand not trusting Google but the problem with alternative browsers is you don’t know underlying motives behind their development and maintenance.
