I thought President Trump missed a perfect opportunity to body slam Schumer right there by saying, “You know Chuck, comments like that are why I won, the dismissive way Democrats talk and sneer about people in middle America”.
To be fair, Schumer was implying that winning those two states was not that big of an achievement on Trump’s part, because both states are considered to be deeply red. Of course, he failed to mention that both seats were previously held by Democrats. It was more of an insult to Trump than to the states of Indiana and North Dakota. Don’t get me wrong, Schumer’s still a class A jerk. His picture shows up in the dictionary when you look up the word.

1. I like how Schumer conveniently neglected to mention the Senate seat they lost in Florida, held by a long-term Democratic incumbent whose approval rating in the state was above 50%.
2. I like how the Democratic Party says this, and then pivots right around and points to their "amazing" House pick-ups in California, which they got as a result of a shady, banana republic-tier ballot harvesting law passed by the Democrat super majority in the California State Assembly. They also complain about "ballot harvesting" in North Carolina too. I get the difference is it's technically legal in California now, but that's because the most far-left of Democrats are the only ones rotten enough to pass such a law.
What I caught most from that meeting
was that both Schumer and Pelosi knew
