The best way for a youngster to deal with a bully is...bully back. It may not sound popular these days, but my dear departed ad taught me a long time ago to stand up and not allow myself to be bullied. I wasn’t a brawler or go looking for trouble, but I did have my share of spirited fistic events in the course of my adolescence. Sounds like the brats were ganging up on this kid, so be may need to find his own,title insurgency.

In first and second grade (1950-1-2) I was bullied because the shortened version of my long last name rhymed with “Jap”. Guess what.....even though I was the smallest in my class, I survived.
