In the rest of Europe you’re supposed to say “holiday season”.
I volunteered at a V.A. this weekend. Shocked I repeatedly heard “Happy Holidays!”
They only heard “Merry Christmas” from me!!!!!
Not in England - it's all about Christmas. There's a lovely Nativity scene beneath the Christmas tree in my own small Derbyshire town. It's there every year.
