Without any question, the most popular of my music videos. Enya's "One Toy Soldier" for JAG.
PING
I enjoyed that....thank you for posting. I also miss JAG.
I always found JAG to be really funny. It is rife with inaccuracies. It never really grabbed me, other than for the entertainment value. What did you find appealing about it?
JAG was one of my favorite TV shows...so not hard to figure out that my favorite
present and past 15 seasons, is NCIS.
I’ve often wondered why they haven’t brought JAG to one of the “movie franchises” like Amazon, or Netflix. Maybe they have and I just haven’t seen it
We’ve been watching Brit TV mysteries. On Amazon they have Lewis, and Endeavor, Foyle’s War. And we subscribe to Britbox and are enjoying the older
British crime shows, Inspector Morse, and A Touch of Frost (this one went 15 seasons, so if we plod our way through them, one a night, that will be a couple
months of watching. We usually only watch an hour, a night. Gave up cable and don’t miss it and saved a few bucks at the same time.
It portrayed our military in a good, positive light with honor and sense of duty and patriotism. I also enjoyed the humor. And good looking women. lol
Nice to watch it with a friend. A very Happy Christmas to you and yours.

HARMON RABB!
Admiral Boone, a close second.
I collect DVDs, so I have all of those. Lewis was my favorite character. Couldn’t just watch one. Episodes are like potato chips. Binge watcher here.
She drove me absolutely BATTY. I discovered her through genealogy before JAG. My grandmother’s name, when married to my grandfather, was Catherine Bell. EVERY search for grandmother resulted in nude photos of this woman! Really surprised when she turned up as a favorite character in my fandoms.
Funniest thing about JAG to me was an ad when the show first came out. It showed a flight of F-104 Starfighters!
I liked Lewis the best, his Cambridge educated DS James was so much fun to watch whenever it was revealed he was a Cambridge guy.
The newer Endeavor is still ongoing and I’m liking it.
The Endeavor had such wonderful music. And Morse, Endeavor, and Lewis all had that architecture to supplement the story. My husband said they hardly ever needed a “set”...just use Oxford for your backdrops.
My husband liked DCI Banks, but it only ran 1 season.
The Touch of Frost we’ve come to like more the longer we’ve watch. The mysteries are not predictable at all. Some of the series you need a pen and pencil to take notes during the show so you can tell “who’s on first.” I told my husband it takes 2 people to watch these shows just to keep up with the characters.
Foyle’s War was also a long running favorite, but I like the mysteries more.
I thought this was going to be about Billy Jack.
Looked up Billy Jack. “Ex-Green Beret hapkido expert saves wild horses from being slaughtered for dog food and helps protect a desert “freedom school” for runaway.” Sounds neat but, sigh, just this is just Harmon Rabb.
I’ve been meaning to find out if there’s a new Endeavor to pick up. You’ve helped me remember. Thanks.
The architecture, the houseboats, the river. It’s just amazingly wonderful. The episode up on the rooftops of the school????
I always have trouble with characters. I should have lists, but I just skim along the top. Reminds me of the days of reading Russian novelists. Then all the names even LOOKED alike.
The latest season is up, but at a price. I don’t remember what we paid for the season, but it was well worth the entertainment. We never go to movies, and it was less than a couple movie tickets would have cost, so we “splurged.”
As far as I’m concerned, you can repost that clip EVERY Day.
Man, I loved that series!
